Overtime Pa <br />All employees required to perform in excesss of 40 hours in a <br />7 day cycle shall receive compensation at the rate of time and <br />one-half his/her regular rate of pay. <br />In determining an employee's eligibility for overtime regular rate, <br />paid leaves of absences shall be included in the total hours <br />worked. <br />There shall be no pyramiding of overtime. Hours worked by <br />an employee in any workday or workweek on which premium rates <br />have once been allowed shall not be used again in any other <br />overtime calculation other than computing total actual hours <br />worked. <br />Overtime shall be recorded and paid in minimum increments of <br />fifteen (15) minutes. <br />
