Overtime Pa All employees required to perform in excesss of 40 hours in a 7 day cycle shall receive compensation at the rate of time and one-half his/her regular rate of pay. In determining an employee's eligibility for overtime regular rate, paid leaves of absences shall be included in the total hours worked. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime. Hours worked by an employee in any workday or workweek on which premium rates have once been allowed shall not be used again in any other overtime calculation other than computing total actual hours worked. Overtime shall be recorded and paid in minimum increments of fifteen (15) minutes.
