CITY OF COLTON <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />1987 - 1989 <br />BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE ELECTRICAL UNIT <br />SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br />AND <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />This Memorandum of Understanding has been prepared pursuant to <br />Government Code Sections 3500 through 3510 as amended, which is <br />generally referred to as the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. <br />This Memorandum of Understanding is subject to the approval of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton and will be placed into effect <br />upon the adoption of the necessary ordinances and resolutions by <br />the City Council, if acceptable to them, in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. <br />The parties agree that the provisions contained herein shall be <br />subject to all acceptable law and covers the period of December 27, <br />1986, through December 31, 1989. <br />COGNITION <br />The City hereby recognizes the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association as the representatives of employees in the Electrical <br />Unit, which encompasses the following classifications. <br />LINE MECHANIC I <br />LINE MECHANIC II <br />LINE MECHANIC HELPER <br />METER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR <br />METER READER <br />METER TECHNICIAN I <br />METER TECHNICIAN II <br />LINE CREW SUPERVISOR <br />SERVICE CREW SUPERVISOR <br />SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN <br />SUB -STATION ELECTRICIAN I <br />SUB -STATION ELECTRICIAN II <br />UTILITY WORKER <br />3 <br />
