The time and place for a hearing by the <br />City Council on the questions of the formation of the proposed <br />improvement district, the extent thereof, the purpose for which <br />it is to be formed, and the estimated expense of carrying out <br />this purpose is hereby set for July 7, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California <br />92324-2897. <br />Section 6. At this time and place, any person <br />interested, including all persons owning property in the City <br />of Colton or in the proposed improvement district, will be heard. <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to <br />publish notice of this hearing once a week for two successive <br />weeks, with at least five days intervening between the respective <br />publication dates, not counting such publication dates, in a <br />newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton. <br />Section 8. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to <br />give additional notice of this hearing by posting a copy of this <br />resolution in three public places within the proposed improvement <br />district for at least two weeks before the time fixed above for <br />said hearing. <br />
