the ICRMA Governing Board and to the Liability Risk <br />Management Committee of the ICRMA, are hereby confirmed <br />and designated as the City's delegate to the ICRMA <br />Governing Board for all purposes of representing the <br />City's interests and exercising the authority of the <br />City with respect to the Coverage and the program and <br />voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated <br />to the Governing Board and signing such amendments as <br />are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board <br />under the Liability Risk Coverage Agreement and the <br />Trust Agreement, and such individuals shall keep this <br />Council informed of such matters on a timely basis. <br />Section 6.
