The estimated expense of carrying out <br />the purposes of the improvement district is $389,185.25. <br />Section 4. Taxes for carrying out said purposes <br />shall be levied exclusively upon the taxable property within <br />the improvement district. <br />Section 5. The exterior boundaries of the portions <br />of the City and County of San Bernardino which will be benefitted <br />are set forth on a map on file with the City Clerk, which map <br />shall govern for all details as to the extent of the improvement <br />district. The portions of the City and County set forth on such <br />map shall constitute and be known as "Improvement District 'A' <br />of the City of Colton". <br />Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause <br />a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Official <br />Records of the County of San Bernardino and to file a certified <br />copy of this resolution, together with a map showing the <br />boundaries of Improvement District "A" with the County Clerk and <br />Assessor for the County of San Bernardino and the State Board <br />of Equalization. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
