1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14' <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />next become due, opposite each lot or parcel of land affected <br />the several installments coming due during the fiscal year <br />covered by the assessment role, including in each case the <br />interest due on the total unpaid assessments; and <br />WHEREAS, the holders of record title to certain parcels <br />of real property as identified on the Assessment Diagram and <br />in the Assessment Role for Assessment District No. 79-1 <br />(Airport Commere Center), City of Colton, County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California (the "Assessent District") <br />desire that partial payments be made on the assessemnts on <br />such assessment parcels and the City of Colton is willing to <br />allow such partial payments at the risk of such owners, and <br />on the condition that the City not suffer any financial <br />detriment as a result therof. <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Colton, hereby finds and determines that the <br />assessments remaining unpaid and upon the security of which <br />bonds are issued for the Assessment District are as set forth <br />on that certain document entitled "Annual Debt Servie for 14 <br />year bonds dated 12/2/83, Assessment Distirct No. 79-1 <br />(Airport Commerce Center), City of Colton" on file in the <br />Office of the Treasurer of the City of Colton and that the <br />Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to file such <br />document in the office of the Auditor -Controller of the <br />County of San Bernardino and that the Mayor of the City of <br />Colton is hereby authorized to execute the agreement for <br />partial payment of assessments attached and incorporated <br />
