R-6-88 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE CONSOLI- DATED SPECIAL ELECTIONS FOR COMMUNITY FACILI- TIES DISTRICT NO. 87-1 OF THE CITY OF COLTON, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFOR- NIA, ON THE PROPOSITIONS WITH RESPECT TO (i) INCURRING A BONDED INDEBTEDNESS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,500,000, (ii) THE ANNUAL LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES TO FINANCE POLICE PROTECTION AND FIRE PROTECTION AND SUPPRESSION SERVICES AND PAY PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS, AND (iii) THE ESTABLISH- MENT OF AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT WHEREAS, on December 1, 1987, the City Council (the "City Council") of the City of Colton (the "City") adopted Resolution No. R-155-87 determining the necessity for Community Facilities District No. 87-1 of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California (the "Community Facilities District"), to incur a bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $3,500,000 and calling a special election on the proposition of incurring such a bonded indebtedness for January 5, 1988, and providing for the consolidation of said election with the election on the propositions with respect to the annual levy of special taxes on land within the Community Facilities District to finance the provisions of police protection and fire protection and suppression services and pay principal of and interest on such bonds, and the establishment of an appropriations limit for the Community Facilities District; and WHEREAS, on December 1, 1987, the City Council also adopted Resolution No. R-156-87 calling a special election for January 5, 1988, for submitting to the voters of the Community
