R-119-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON RECITING FINDINGS AND <br />ORDERING TERMINATION OF PROCEEDINGS OF <br />ANNEXATION COLTON SOUTH 44,(LAFCO NO. 2486). <br />(WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San <br />Bernardino adopted its Resolution Number 2152 on September 21, 1988, <br />making determinations and approving the proposed annexation to the <br />City of Colton territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission has directed the <br />City Council of the City of Colton to initiate appropriate proceed— <br />ings in compliance with their resolution and State law, Government <br />Code Sections 5700 through 57033, and <br />WHEREAS, at the times and in the form and manner provided by law, <br />said Conducting Authority through its City Clerk has given notice <br />of public hearing by this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing by this City Council was held upon the <br />date and at the time and place specified in said notice of public <br />hearing; and, <br />WHEREAS, at such hearing, this City Council heard and received all <br />oral and written protests; the City Council considered all plans <br />and proposed changes or organization and reorganization, objections <br />and evidence which were made, presented, or filed; and all persons <br />present were given an opportunity to hear and be heard in respect <br />to any matter relating to said proposed annexation, in evidence <br />presented at the hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Riverside, the City of Riverside, and <br />1 <br />
