1 <br />2 <br />3! <br />4 <br />5 <br />X <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 li <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Community Facilities District No. 87-1, City of Colton, <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California, for a maximum <br />term of not more than 40 years and with interest at a rate <br />or rates not to exceed 12 percent per annum, or such other <br />rate as may be the maximum interest rate permitted by law, <br />for the purpose of providing public facilities within and <br />for said community facilities district, including the <br />design, acquisition, construction, expansion, rehabili- <br />tation, and equipping and furnishing, as appropriate, of (i) <br />storm drainage facilities, (ii) a fire station, including <br />equipment and furnishings therefor, and a 1500 gallon per <br />minute pumper truck, (iii) a multipurpose community <br />building, including equipment and furnishings therefor, and <br />(iv) expansion and rehabilitation of streets, and paying <br />costs incidental to the sale of bonds, the formation of the <br />community facilities district, and the design, acquisition, <br />construction, expansion, rehabilitation, and equipping and <br />furnishing, as appropriate, of said public facilities, <br />including all costs and estimated costs of acquisition and <br />construction of said public facilities, acquisition of land <br />and rights of way, satisfaction of contractual obligations <br />relating to expenses or the advancement of funds for <br />expenses existing at the time the bonds are issued, <br />architectural, engineering, inspection, legal, fiscal and <br />financial consultant fees, bond and other reserve funds, <br />bond discount fees, interest on any bonds of the community <br />facilities district due and payable prior to the expiration <br />of one year from the date of completion of the construction <br />-2- <br />
