A description of the <br />(boundaries of territory proposed to be included in the District <br />lis as follows: <br />All that property to be served by the installa- <br />tion of the capital facilities and providing of services, as said <br />property is shown on a map as previously approved by this legisla- <br />tive body, said map designated by the name of this Community <br />Facilities District, a copy of which is on file in the Office of <br />(the City Clerk and shall remain open for public inspection. <br />NAME OF DISTRICT <br />SECTION 4. The name of the proposed Community Facilities <br />District to be established shall be known and designated as <br />(COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1. <br />DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES <br />SECTION 5. That it is the intention of this legislative <br />body to provide for the purchase, construction, expansion or <br />rehabilitation of certain real or other tangible property with an <br />estimated useful life of five (5) years or longer. A general <br />description of the public capital facilities to be provided is as <br />follows: <br />CITY OF COLTON AND CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO: <br />The construction and installation of a major <br />drainage improvement designated CITRUS STREET STORM DRAIN, <br />commencing at the intersection of Citrus Street and Eighth <br />Avenue, extending Westerly approximately 6200 feet to a point <br />Easterly of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way (66" pipe <br />to 36" pipe). <br />
