For all particulars, <br />reference is made to said approved file. <br />The facilities, as above-described, are facili- <br />ties which this legislative body is authorized by law to contri- <br />bute revenue to or to construct, own or operate. That it is the further intention of this legisla- <br />tive body to provide certain services that are in addition to <br />those provided in the territory of the District and will not be <br />replacing services already available. A general description of <br />the services to be provided is as follows: <br />Necessary and additional police protection <br />services to serve the properties within the boundaries of the <br />District within the incorporated limits of the City of Colton. <br />
