They will be <br />credited with the current purchase price of their plot and char- <br />ged the difference between the price of the original plot and <br />the new plot or crypt. <br />(g) Markers to be purchased for lawn crypts within a desig- <br />nated lawn crypt area will be restricted to 12x28 flat granite <br />grass marker. <br />SECTION 2. Vault. Monument and Marker Reeulations <br />(a) All markers shall be of first quality granite or bronze. <br />Only flat markers of standard sizes set flush with the ground <br />will be permitted. Exception: Above ground monuments may be <br />permitted by the Cemetery Manager in sections where existing <br />monuments have been erected, and shall not exceed height of <br />said existing monuments. <br />(b) Only one marker may be placed upon any single grave or <br />crypt. <br />(c) No marker, or improvement of any kind other than the <br />improvements made by the Cemetery Manager will be permitted on <br />any space or lot until all cemetery charges for that space or <br />lot have been paid in full. <br />(d) Signs indicating that a lot Is for sale or advertisements <br />of any description will not be permitted within the cemetery. <br />(e) Maintenance in the form of grass -cutting, watering and <br />otherwise caring for the plot is included in its purchase price <br />2 <br />
