No more than two (2) vases shall be allowed <br />per plot. Groundworkers are authorized to remove flowers and <br />plants as they die off as well as any decorations that do not <br />conform to these regulations. <br />(g) Hermosa Memorial Gardens Cemetery is not responsible for <br />any flowers, containers, ornaments, memorial markers or monu- <br />ments, placed at any interment locations or other locations with- <br />in the cemetery. <br />(h) Papers and trash must be deposited in containers provid- <br />ed. Picnicking on cemetery grounds is prohibited. No dogs are <br />permitted on cemetery grounds unless contained within an auto- <br />mobile. <br />(i) The Cemetery Manager is charged with the responsibility <br />of entering upon any and all lots or spaces and to remove there- <br />from any objectionable material that has been placed thereon. <br />(j) Planting of flowers, bushes, shrubs or seeding of any <br />type is prohibited. <br />(k) Fencing or grave bordering by any material or ground mar- <br />ker is prohibited. <br />(1) Children under sixteen years of age are not permitted in <br />the cemetery unless accompanied by adults. Young children must <br />be kept in hand. Skate boards, roller skates, bicycles or <br />scooters are not permitted. <br />(m) Car radios must be turned down so that sound cannot be <br />3 <br />
