R-105-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CAUSE CON- <br />STRUCTION OF CERTAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 5870 <br />FT. SEQ., OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br />OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />(Chapter 27 District No. 89-1) <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />(a) 800 Block of Fast "D" Street from Mt. <br />Vernon Ave. to its terminus as described <br />as Block 142 of the Town of Colton, Map <br />Book 18, Page 43. <br />(b) That it is the intention of the City of <br />Colton to cause said improvements to be <br />constructed, at the sole expense of the <br />owners of properties in and along said <br />above described areas, pursuant to Section <br />5780, et. seq., of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br />
