That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby <br />instructed to mail and post notices to construct said <br />improvements, as required by law. <br />SECTION 3. That pursuant to said Section 5378.1 which <br />requires the City Council to hold a public hearing not s6oner <br />than 10 days after giving notice of its intention to construct <br />certain street improvements, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that en Tuesday, September 19, 1989 in the Council <br />Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at <br />7:30 p.m., it will hear and pass upon any and all objections <br />and protests to the ordering of the construction of said <br />improvements. <br />SECTION 4.
