The City Council of the City of Colton does <br />i <br />!hereby oppose any cutback in state funding which would cause the <br />closure of family planning clinics in the County of San <br />Bernardino. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Colton does <br />hereby strongly support the restoration of funds to the State <br />budget for family planning clinics and urges Governor Deukmejian <br />to reconsider his decision. <br />SECTION 3.
