1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER R-120-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, ADOPTING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE MOBILE HOME RENT <br />STABILIZATION ORDINANCE, FILE INDEX <br />NUMBER D 75-89 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider a <br />Negative Declaration for the City of Colton, File Index Number D <br />75-89, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, a Hearing was held on the Negative Declaration by the City <br />Council to consider the environmental impacts of the Mobile Home <br />Rent Stabilization Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Environmental Initial <br />Study and the action of the Planning Commission relating thereto in <br />full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of the Hearing as required by <br />law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Hearinq on September 5. <br />1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did reconsider the amendment to the <br />Ordinance as proposed on September 5, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council does make the following findings; <br />1. The Environmental initial Study prepared by Castaneda and <br />Associates has addressed all issues as designated by the <br />Environmental Checklist. <br />2. The Environmental Initial Study has adequately given thought <br />to these issues and discussed them with purpose. <br />3. The Community Development Department staff has adequately <br />noticed all concerned parties as required by State Law. <br />
