The Environmental Initial Study has complied with all other <br />requirements of the California Environmental. Quality Act. <br />5. The amendments of the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance <br />considered on September 5, 1989) do not relate to <br />environmental issues considered by the Initial Study. <br />6. The amendments of the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance <br />considered on September 5, 1989, does not affect the Initial <br />Study, nor the proposed issuance of a Negative Declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby <br />find, determine, and order the following: <br />1.
