RESOLUTION NO. R-129-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ACTING ON BEHALF OF COMMUNITY <br />FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 89-2 CANVASSING THE <br />RESULTS OF THE ELECTION HELD WITHIN COMMUNITY <br />FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 89-2 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has <br />previously conducted proceedings pertaining to the formation <br />of Community Facilities District No. 89-2, the authorization <br />of indebtedness in the amount of $9,000,000 within Community <br />Facilities District No. 89-2, the rate and method of <br />apportionment of a special tax to pay the principal and <br />interest on bonds issued or other debt and the calling of an <br />election in regard to the foregoing; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 19, 1989, an election was held by <br />the landowners within the Community Facilities District No. <br />89-2 relative to the authorization of $9,000,000 of <br />indebtedness and the rate and method of apportionment of the <br />proposed special tax; and <br />WHEREAS, at such election the proposal for incurring the <br />bonded indebtedness, the rate and method of apportionment and <br />manner of collection of the special tax and establishing an <br />appropriations limit for Community Facilities District No. <br />89-2 was approved by the landowners within said District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities <br />District No. 89-2, does hereby resolve, determine and order <br />as follows: <br />-1- <br />
