Section 1. It is hereby determined that the election <br />conducted within Community Facilities District No. 89-2 of <br />the City of Colton was duly and validly conducted. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Colton, <br />acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities <br />District No. 89-2, is authorized to levy the special tax on <br />behalf of Community Facilities District No. 89-2, as <br />specified in Resolution No. R-115-89, adopted by the City <br />Council on August 15, 1989 and as amended nunc pro tunc on <br />September 5, 1989. <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of Colton is <br />authorized to incur indebtedness on behalf of Community <br />Facilities District No. 89-2 within said Community <br />Facilities District in the maximum amount of $9,000,000. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Colton is <br />authorized to annually establish an appropriations limit for <br />Community Facilities District No. 89-2 in the amount of the <br />special tax to be levied during said year. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton this 19th day of <br />September, 1989. <br />Attest: <br />1a. e� <br />Helen A Ramos, City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />Frank A.
