This will <br />be from Congress Street southerly to Fogg Street <br />and 8th Street. This is estimated to be a 1.5 <br />million dollar project. The project will be a <br />multi-year project. The first part of the Phase 2 <br />is to obtain rights-of-way and two lanes of paving <br />and grading. <br />Long Beach to Rancho Avenue reconstruction and <br />Herberts Lane to Rancho Avenue, under <br />reconstruction and 10th Street reconstruction from <br />Olive Street to "G" Street. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd of October, <br />1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
