The City agrees to participate in the <br />preparation of a regional air quality 1, <br />element. <br />Section 2. San Bernardino County will be the lead, <br />agency for preparing a regional air <br />quality element and environmental <br />documents. <br />Section 3. The City of Colton will allocate funding <br />in the <br />amount <br />of <br />$2,280 <br />to <br />$4,560 <br />dependent <br />upon <br />the <br />final <br />cost <br />of the <br />program. <br />Section 4. The City of Colton hereby appoints <br />E. Jerry Rios to represent the City as a <br />member of the Advisory Committee to be <br />coordinated by San Bernardino County to <br />facilitate direct city involvement in the <br />Element. <br />
