That the City Clerk transmit a copy of <br />Ordinance No. 0-19A-89 as it is to appear on the ballot of June 5, <br />1990, to Best, Best & Krieger, Special Counsel to the City of <br />Colton. <br />SECTION 2. That Best, Best & Krieger, as Special <br />Counsel to the City of Colton, shall, pursuant to Election Code <br />Section 5011, prepare an Impartial Analysis of Ordinance No. <br />0-19A-89, Providing for Rent Stabilization in Mobile Home Park <br />Spaces. <br />SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book <br />of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of November, <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
