A. Descrintion of Territory Included in Existina District The territory included in the existing District is hereinafter described as follows: All of that property and territory as shown on the boundary map of the City of Colton Community Facilities District No. 88-1 recorded on June 1, 1988, as Document No. 88-173728 in Book 49, Page 65 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California. B. Description of Annexation Territory 1. The area to be annexed consists of one (1.0) acre located in the City of San Bernardino portion of the District. 2. A legal description of the annexation territory is as follows: A parcel of land, designated as Not a Part of Parcel Map No. 10259 at Parcel Map Book 127, Pages 83 and 84, in the Records of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, situated in Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 4 West of the San Bernardino Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 18; thence along the North line of Section 18, North 89058'31" East, a distance of 2640.49 feet to the East line extended of the aforementioned Parcel No. 10259; thence along the East line of said parcel and its extension thereof South 0002154" West, a distance of 546.02 feet; thence parallel with the North line of said Section 18, South 89058'34" West, a distance of 30.01 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89058'34" West, a distance of 220.00 feet; thence parallel with the East line of said Parcel No. 10259, North 0002'54" East, a distance of 198.00 feet; thence parallel with said North line of Section 18, North 89058'34" East, a distance of 220.00 feet; thence parallel with the said East line of Parcel No. 10259, South 0002154" West, a distance of 198.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.00 acre. 3. For further particulars, reference is made to Exhibit B attached to this Report. C. Description of Public Capital Facilities and Services Provided in the Existing District A community facilities district may provide for the purchase, construction, expansion or rehabilitation of any real or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five (5) years
