A. Descrintion of Territory Included in Existina District <br />The territory included in the existing District is hereinafter <br />described as follows: <br />All of that property and territory as shown on the boundary map of <br />the City of Colton Community Facilities District No. 88-1 recorded <br />on June 1, 1988, as Document No. 88-173728 in Book 49, Page 65 of <br />Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts in the Office <br />of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of <br />California. <br />B. Description of Annexation Territory <br />1. The area to be annexed consists of one (1.0) acre located in <br />the City of San Bernardino portion of the District. <br />2. A legal description of the annexation territory is as follows: <br />A parcel of land, designated as Not a Part of Parcel Map No. <br />10259 at Parcel Map Book 127, Pages 83 and 84, in the Records <br />of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, situated <br />in Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 4 West of the San <br />Bernardino Meridian, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 18; thence <br />along the North line of Section 18, North 89058'31" East, a <br />distance of 2640.49 feet to the East line extended of the <br />aforementioned Parcel No. 10259; thence along the East line <br />of said parcel and its extension thereof South 0002154" West, <br />a distance of 546.02 feet; thence parallel with the North line <br />of said Section 18, South 89058'34" West, a distance of 30.01 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South <br />89058'34" West, a distance of 220.00 feet; thence parallel <br />with the East line of said Parcel No. 10259, North 0002'54" <br />East, a distance of 198.00 feet; thence parallel with said <br />North line of Section 18, North 89058'34" East, a distance of <br />220.00 feet; thence parallel with the said East line of Parcel <br />No. 10259, South 0002154" West, a distance of 198.00 feet to <br />the Point of Beginning, containing 1.00 acre. <br />3. For further particulars, reference is made to Exhibit B <br />attached to this Report. <br />C. Description of Public Capital Facilities and Services Provided <br />in the Existing District <br />A community facilities district may provide for the purchase, <br />construction, expansion or rehabilitation of any real or other <br />tangible property with an estimated useful life of five (5) years <br />
