1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER R-2$-89 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF <br />COLTON BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 1601 OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 0-15-88 OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, AND THE ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES <br />AGAINST REAL PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has incurred certain expenses in the <br />demolition of the building or structure on the premises hereinafter <br />described; and <br />WHEREAS, a report specifying the work done, the itemized and total <br />cost of said work, the description of said real property upon which <br />the building or structure was located and the names and addresses <br />of the person or persons entitled to notice pursuant to Subsection <br />(d) of Section 1101 of the Uniform Housing Code, Ordinance Number <br />0-15-88, has been submitted by the City Clerk to the City Council <br />for consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, said City Council has heretofore fixed the time, date and <br />place of hearing of said report, to wit, February 21, 1989, at the <br />hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 650 <br />North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, legal notices of which <br />have been given; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to the proposed charge, <br />expense and cost have been filed with the City Clerk prior to the <br />time set for said hearing; and <br />
