Each and every recital hereinabove set forth is found to be <br />true and correct and as such adopted herein and hereat. <br />2. The report of the Building Official, as submitted, is hereby <br />confirmed. <br />3. The City Council does assess the following charges against <br />real properties described as: <br />A. $2,978.28 <br />Parcel Number 160-182-22, commonly known as 1756 <br />Riverside Avenue, Colton, California. <br />Said charge shall be recorded on the assessment roll for <br />real property in the County of San Bernardino. <br />—2— <br />
