will adequately mitigate any adverse impacts of the 1 mgd expansion <br />of the wastewater treatment plant to a level of insignificance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />approves and adopts the mitigation agreement entered into between <br />the City of Colton and Western Municipal Water District of Riverside <br />County. <br />Section 2.
