The conducting authority for this proceeding shall be the <br />City of Colton; <br />2. The boundaries are approved as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br />attached; <br />3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be <br />used through this proceeding: LAFCO 2513; <br />4. Approval is hereby granted to proceed without notice, <br />hearing, or election with 100 percent consent of property <br />owners; <br />5. County Service Area 38 and County Service Area 70 shall <br />be detached without split of assets or liabilities; <br />6. The date of issuance of the Certificate of Completion <br />shall be the date of this annexation; <br />-1- <br />
