The conducting authority for this proceeding shall be the <br />City of Colton; <br />2. The boundaries are approved as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br />attached: <br />3. The followina distinctive short form designation shall be <br />used throuahout this proceeding: LAFCO 2531; <br />4. Approval is hereby granted to proceed without notice, <br />hearing, or election with one hundred percent (100%) of <br />oronerty owners: <br />5. County Service Area 38 and County Service Area 70 shall be <br />detached without solit of assets or liabilities; and <br />6. The date of issuance of the Certificate of Completion shall <br />be effective date of this annexation. <br />
