Indexing Agent. Pacific Securities, Incor- <br />porated is hereby appointed as Indexing Agent under the Inden- <br />ture to exercise the duties and powers of such Indexing Agent as <br />are set forth in the Indenture, and the officers of the City are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver any and <br />all documents or instructions which they deem necessary or <br />advisable in order to reflect such appointment. <br />Section 5. Other Acts. The officers of the City are <br />hereby authorized and directed, jointly and severally, to do any <br />and all things, to execute and deliver any and all documents, <br />which they may deem necessary or advisable in order to consum- <br />mate the transactions authorized by this Resolution, and any <br />such actions previously taken by such officers are hereby rati- <br />fied and confirmed. <br />Section 6.
