A. Annual vision examination up to $40.00 by a licensed <br />ophthalmologist for the employee and eligible <br />dependents. <br />B. An annual amount of up to $100.00 towards lenses and <br />frames for employees and an additional $50.00 towards <br />lenses and frames for dependents. If the dependents do <br />not require a City paid examination, the City will pay <br />$90.00 for frames and lenses. <br />VII. DENTAL PLAN <br />The City agrees to furnish to each represented employee a <br />dental program paid by the City of Colton at no cost to the <br />employee. The employee and all dependents shall be covered <br />by the dental plan. <br />VIII. P.O.S.T. CERTIFICATES <br />Each affected employee shall receive the following amounts <br />if he/she possesses the requisite P.O.S.T. Certificate: <br />Intermediate Advanced Supervisor Management <br />Police Lieutenant $148 $229 $295 $459 <br />Police Captain $155 $241 $310 $482 <br />The requirements for a management certificate are as <br />follows: <br />A. Possess or be eligible to possess the advanced <br />certificate; and <br />B. Have no less than 60 college semester units <br />accumulated by an accredited college; and <br />C. Satisfactorily meet the training requirements of <br />the management course; and <br />D. Have served satisfactorily for a period of two <br />years as a middle manager, Assistant Department <br />Head, or Department Head as defined respectively <br />in P.O.S.T. Sections 1001 (A), (D) and (I) of the <br />Regulations. It is understood that if the Post <br />requirements change for a management certificate, <br />the new regulations as specified by P.O.S.T. will <br />be required. <br />-3- <br />
