5. Assistance that the bidder has extended to DBs identified <br />in (4) above to remedy the deficiency in their sub -bids. <br />6. Any additional data to support a demonstration of good <br />faith effort, such as contacts with DB assistance <br />agencies. <br />3-1.01B AWARD OF CONTRACT --The award of contract, if it be awarded, <br />will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies <br />with all the requirements prescribed and who has met the goals for <br />DB participation or has demonstrated, to the satisfaction of the <br />Department, good faith effort to do so. Meeting the goals for DB <br />participation,or demonstrating, to the satisfaction of the Department <br />good faith efforts to do so is a condition for being eligible for <br />award of contract. <br />
