District, if any, are not paid when due, this Board shall, <br />within 150 days of such non-payment order that the same be <br />collected by an action brought in San Bernardino County <br />Superior Court to foreclose the lien securing the payment of <br />same, as authorized by the Act and Ordinance. <br />Section 4. The Clerk and Director of Finance are <br />hereby authorized to transmit a certified copy of this <br />Resolution to the San Bernardino County Assessor and the <br />Treasurer -Tax Collector, together with other supporting <br />documentation as may be required in order to place said <br />special taxes on the secured property tax roll for Fiscal <br />year 1990-91 and to perform all other acts which are required <br />by the Act, Ordinance or by law in order to accomplish the <br />purpose of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton this 21st day of August <br />1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
