NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities <br />District No. 89-2 does hereby resolve, determine and order as <br />follows: <br />Section I. In accordance with the Act and Ordinance, <br />there is hereby levied upon all properties within the <br />District which are not otherwise exempt from taxation under <br />the Act or Ordinance the special taxes for Fiscal Year <br />1990-91 set forth in the Ordinance at the tax rates as set <br />forth therein and in Exhibit "A" hereto. After adoption of <br />this resolution, District may make any necessary <br />modifications to these special taxes in order to account for <br />unforeseen circumstances, provided, however, that any such <br />modifications can only be made prior to the submission of the <br />tax rolls to the San Bernardino County Assessor and <br />Treasurer -Tax Collector. <br />Section 2. The above -authorized special taxes shall <br />be collected in the same manner as ad valorem property taxes <br />on the secured roll by the Treasurer -Tax Collector of the <br />County of San Bernardino and shall be subject to the same <br />penalties and the same procedure and sale in cases of <br />delinquency as provided for such ad valorem taxes. <br />Section 3.
