Upon completion of the approved measures, the commercial customer <br />applicant will provide a summary work sheet to the City of Colton <br />Electric Utility showing in detail work actually completed, the cost <br />of the work completed, and submit a copy of all invoices or other <br />records of payments made by the commercial customer for work <br />completed. <br />E. Upon receipt of the summary work sheet and accompanying invoices, <br />a representative of the City of Colton Electric Utility will conduct <br />a post -inspection of work completed to verify the installation of <br />approved lighting and/or air-conditioning measures and to determine <br />the final approved rebate amount. <br />F. No rebate will be provided if measures are installed before a pre - <br />inspection by a City of Colton Electric Utility representative is <br />performed. <br />G. The City of Colton will file any applicable IRS forms in cases where <br />a commercial customer receives total rebates at, or in excess of, <br />$600.00 in any one calendar year. <br />H. The City of Colton does not endorse any products, manufacturers, or <br />vendors and is not responsible for the quality of products or <br />workmanship performed for measures receiving rebates. <br />ISSUED BY <br />Gale A.
