this resolution shall be defined as those individuals who meet the <br />criteria established in Sections 1 and 2, above, and who are employeed or <br />serving in an elected term on or after Becember 4', 1991, <br />Section 6. This resolution shall rescind and nullify Resolution No. <br />R-33-87 and shall modify the appropriate provisions of any other <br />resolution in effect at the time of its adoption which provides benefits <br />to elected officals and department directors. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1991. <br />FRANK A.
