The terms and provisions of the Subject Agreements with <br />respect to this public agency, in the forms submitted to this <br />Governing Body, are hereby approved, and this Governing Body hereby) <br />authorizes and directs the City of Colton to execute and deliver <br />the Subject Agreements in accordance with the terms and provisions <br />thereof, with such changes, insertions and omissions as may be <br />approved by the official of this public agency executing the same, <br />said execution being conclusive evidence of such approval. <br />(Further, the officials of this public agency executing said <br />Subject Agreements are hereby authorized (i) to increase the Mead - <br />Phoenix Share and related percentages of this public agency by up <br />to 100% thereof and (ii) to increase the Mead-Adelanto Share and <br />related percentages of this public agency by up to 100%. <br />thereof.} <br />2. Each official of this public agency is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute and deliver any and all documents and <br />instruments and to do and cause to be done any and all acts and <br />things necessary or proper for carrying out the transactions <br />contemplated by this resolution. <br />3.
