The City of Colton also <br />supports excluding the NAFB properties from the definition of a <br />"higher value base" as contemplated by said Johnston/Breaux Base <br />Closure Amendment to thus allow the reuse of NAFB to be competitive <br />with other closed military installations. <br />Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to prepare <br />and execute such correspondence deemed appropriate and to transmit <br />copies of this Resolution to the Congressional Representatives, <br />including United States Senators, representing the area of the <br />IVDA. <br />Section 4.
