The City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of <br />Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />exchanged as a result of the following jurisdictional <br />change: <br />LAFCO 2681 - Reorganization to include City of <br />Colton annexation of Peppertree Lane. <br />SECTION 2 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby adopts this <br />resolution of application, and the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission of San Bernardino County is hereby requested to <br />reinitiate proceedings for annexation described as Peppertree <br />lane, according to the terms and conditions provided by the <br />Cortese -Knox Local Government reorganization Act of 1985. <br />SECTION 3 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves and orders <br />that the pending annexation will not involve the exchange of <br />property tax revenues between the City of Colton and the County <br />of San Bernardino. <br />SECTION 4 <br />The City Clerk of the City of Colton is hereby directed to <br />certify to the passage of this Resolution and to cause a <br />certified copy to be sent to the Executive Officer of the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino. <br />- 2 - <br />
