Where bills are regularly rendered for multiples of a month, <br />computation from monthly rate schedules may be made on the basis of <br />similar multiples of the stated rate schedules whenever actual read <br />intervals do not vary by more than six (6) days (greater or lesser) <br />from the established read interval. <br />3. on opening accounts, the department may omit the initial billing <br />when such billing period is less than four (4) days on monthly <br />accounts and less than seven (7) days on bi-monthly accounts. <br />C. Readings of Separate Meters Not Combined: <br />For the purpose of computing charges, each meter upon the consumer's <br />premises shall be considered separately, and readings of two or more <br />meters shall not be combined as equivalent to measurement through one <br />meter, except as may be authorized by the Electric Department. <br />D. Time and Manner of Paying Bills: <br />Residential bills are due and payable upon presentation.
