NIVW=i)=K�3FJto] �I <br />COMMUNITY CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br />DEFINITION <br />Assist in the implementation of extended day child care programs <br />for students of the Colton Joint Unified School District; provide <br />responsible staff assistance to the Community Child Care <br />Coordinator. <br />SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED <br />Receives direction from the Community Child Care Coordinator. <br />May exercise functional and technical supervision over subordinate <br />personnel. <br />EXAMPLES OF DUTIES - Duties may include, but are not limited to, <br />the following. <br />Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of <br />program goals and objectives, policies, budget and priorities. <br />Perform a wide variety of complex, responsible and confidential <br />duties for the Coordinator. <br />Relieve the administrator of routine personnel, payroll, budget and <br />purchasing duties. <br />Plan and implement program needs. <br />Research and prepare various reports and statistical data; maintain <br />records; prepare necessary requisitions, purchase orders and <br />accounts receivables. <br />Maintain documentation and requirements of the Alternative Payment <br />Program. <br />Assist in the planning for staff in-service training. <br />Sort and post all incoming and outgoing mail; respond to <br />correspondence independently, from brief notes or oral <br />instructions; type and proofread reports and correspondence. <br />Initiate and maintain a variety of files and records, manuals and <br />update resource materials. <br />Screen calls, visitors and refer inquiries as appropriate. <br />Act as liaison between the Coordinator and parents, school <br />administrators, staff, and community organizations. <br />
