The City Council hereby approves the <br />Members' Settlement Agreement as attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />with any such non-substantive changes as may be approved by the <br />Mayor and City Attorney. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the <br />Airport Authority Agreement as attached hereto as Exhibit "B" <br />with any such non-substantive changes as may be approved by the <br />Mayor and the City Attorney. <br />Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute the Members' Settlement Agreement and the <br />Airport Authority Agreement on behalf of the City and take all <br />such other actions as may be necessary in order to implement the <br />provisions of the Members' Settlement Agreement and the Airport <br />Authority Agreement. <br />Section 4. <br />its adoption. <br />ATTEST: <br />This Resolution shall take effect upon <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of <br />, 1992. <br />� <br />K A.
