City Council hereby adopts the changes to the terms and conditions of <br />employment for the Teamsters Union, Local 1932 — General Employees, the Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association and the Colton Police Officers Association effective immediately. These <br />changes remain in effect until repealed or superseded; and <br />SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute implementation of these MOUs <br />on the City's behalf; and <br />SECTION 3. City Council hereby amends the FY2021-22 Budget to increase <br />appropriations as follows: <br />1. Increase appropriations from General Fund reserves in General Fund Police <br />Department account number 100-6090-6091-1010-0000-000 by $315,201 for changes <br />to the Colton Police Officer Association MOU; <br />2. Increase appropriations from General Fund reserves in General Fund Police <br />Department account number 100-6090-6091 - 1010-0000-000 by $14,165 for changes to <br />the Colton Police Dispatcher Association MOU; <br />3. Increase appropriations from General Fund reserve in General Fund Non Departmental <br />account number 100-1000-1000-1010-0000-000 by $176, 841 for change to the <br />Teamsters Local 1932 General Unit Employees MOU; and, <br />4. Increase appropriations in the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund account number 219-1000- <br />1000- 10 10-0000-000 by $1,327,579 for Hazard Pay Premiums. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17" day of August 2021: <br />ATT <br />CAROLINA R.
