City of Colton <br />Maintenance Electrician (continued) <br />Ability to: <br />Understand and carry out oral and written instructions. <br />Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams. <br />Locate and adjust defects in electrical systems and equipment. <br />Use and care for tools and equipment of the electrical trade. <br />Work overtime as required. <br />Experience and Education: <br />Any combination equivalent to experience and education that <br />could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is <br />qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and <br />abilities would be three years of experience as a journey <br />level electrician. <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Class "C", <br />California driver's license. <br />Approved by Council: <br />JD2:MAINTEL.WP <br />
