("ACT4") to TCI Cablevision of California, Inc. <br />('TCI -CA"), the City of Colton approved the transfer of the cable television franchise from <br />ACT4 to TCI -CA. <br />As required by new FCC rules, enclosed is a certification that ACT4 has owned <br />the cable system serving the City of Colton for three years prior to the closing of the <br />transaction between ACT4 and TCI -CA.
