R- 34-93 <br />AN RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING SECTION 13.08.284 <br />OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />FOR WASTEWATER RATES <br />The City Council of the City of Colton resolve: <br />SECTION 1: Section 13.08.284 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows; <br />Section 13.08.284 Charges - The Wastewater Rates shall <br />be as follows: <br />Commercial/Industrial <br />$0.59/ccf* <br />*The minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that <br />for one residential dwelling unit. <br />Residential <br />$12.50/mo. <br />Schools and Churches <br />$12.50/mo. <br />A. Each church shall pay a monthly charge equal to <br />the monthly charge for one residential dwelling <br />unit. <br />B. Each school shall pay a monthly charge based on <br />attendance for the past twelve months. The <br />monthly charge shall be equal to the monthly <br />charge per residential dwelling unit for each <br />one hundred (100) average daily attendance, or <br />part thereof. <br />Senior Citizens <br />$10.30/mo. <br />The senior citizens sewer rate is applicable to homes, <br />mobile homes, condominiums and apartments. In order <br />to qualify for this sewer service charge, the user <br />must: <br />A. be 65 years or older; <br />
