The City will verify <br />average daily residential wastewater flow <br />by reviewing water use during winter months; <br />D. submit an application to the City Finance <br />Department. Applications will be accepted <br />during April of each year. <br />E. if the City obtains a State loan, than no <br />senior citizen's rate may be offered.
