Technology <br />Builders are urged to incorporate and make available the latest technological <br />advances, such as fiber optics and expanded bandwidth and high-speed Internet <br />connections. <br />Community Design Guidelines <br />All buildings, landscape, site improvements, fixtures, exterior furnishings, <br />lighting, and signage shall be designed and built in substantial conformance <br />withthe development regulations below and provided in Section 6.0, Community <br />Design Guidelines. <br />4.2 Land Use Development Regulations <br />Development Regulations for each of the land uses included in the Colton'sHub <br />City Centre Specific Plan (CHCCSP) are summarized below. <br />4.2.1 Retail (R) <br />This designation includes general retail, hospitality and entertainment uses. The <br />intent is to create a vibrant commercial retail hub. In order to assure orderly <br />development within each of the planning areas where Retail is a permitted use, <br />a master plan is required to be submitted with each development review <br />application.
