1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />A new provision A-10 is hereby added to the Council Meetings Manual of <br />Procedure to read as follows: <br />"A-10 TIME LIMITS FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS AND MANDATORY <br />TIME OF ADJOURNMENT <br />No City Council meeting shall extend beyond 10:30 p.m. unless the City Council <br />by a two-thirds vote of all councilmembers present elects to extend the meeting <br />to complete a matter under discussion at the mandatory time for adjournment. <br />No new matter shall be begun under any circumstance after 10:30 p.m. without <br />the unanimous consent of the councilmembers present. Any matter on the agenda <br />not addressed prior to the mandatory time of adjournment shall he carried over <br />the next regular, adjourned or special meeting of the City Council." <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />eleen A.
