R-32-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE STAFF <br />RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO THE CUSTOMER <br />SERVICE POLICY, INCLUDING ELECTRIC RATE <br />CHANGES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city duly organized and existing under <br />the laws of the State of California and situated in the County of San Bernardino; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the <br />implementation of rules and rates for the Electric Utility as propounded in the Customer Service <br />Policy; and <br />WHEREAS, the Electric Utility has proposed changes to the Customer Service Policy, <br />including changes to the retail rates charged for electric service; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Council must approve any changes in the Customer Service Policy <br />prior to the implementation of any proposed changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council finds that it <br />would be appropriate to adopt the changes to the Customer Service Policy as shown on <br />Attachment A, including the rates proposed therein, to become effective on April 11, 1995, and <br />supersede all previous resolutions amending, modifying or otherwise changing policies and/or <br />rate schedules. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Iftelen A.
